Solicitud de Cumplimiento de la Sentencia T-743/08.
El memorialista solicita a la Sala de Revisión garantizar el cumplimiento de la sentencia de la referencia, bajo el argumento de que el juzgado Treinta Civil Del Circuito de Bogotá no atendió lo dispuesto en ella.
La Sala por su parte considera que el Juzgado aludido si dio cumplimiento a lo ordenado en el fallo al haber dado nuevamente trámite al incidente de reconocimiento de mejoras dentro del proceso divisorio y en tal sentido considera que no es viable atender positivamente la solicitud de cumplimiento.
